We are back in Washington DC. We will be walking today. We will be visiting museums today. With a new African-American President, it is only fitting that you see this picture of who will be taking over the Capital. You see us? Doesn't it look powerful? It is a new day in Washinton DC.
P-O-W-E-R-F-U-L! That's exactly how I would have described this photo! Hopefully the camera has a date stamp, because we are still experiencing history. Hopefully these young mens' children and grand children will see this picture one day. The text message said it all: Rosa sat so Martin could walk. Martin walked so Obama could run. Obama ran so we all could FLY!
